Eagle Point Business Park

Eagle Point Business Park is a mixed use development which combines office/warehouse, retail, restaurant, and lodging. VISUAL Communications created the Signage Masterplan.

All tenant monument signage have a common base and structures which include and compliment natural stones indigenous to the area.

The 68 foot wide identification monument wall has 3 foot high letters which are indirectly illuminated.
