Pre-Paid Legal Services

Campus-wide signage system for four story building and expansive campus. Included primary identification and wayfinding to many specific entrances (conference center, heliport, employee, etc). Interior directory, directional signage, employee signage and building standards. Design incorporated the 'lady justice' logo and materials reflected in the facility's architecture.

Topline Federal Credit Union

A sleek cabling support system and bold digital graphics transformed this small skyway branch into a dynamic corner location in the Minneapolis Skyway System.

Graphic panels are changeable for future marketing programs. Triangular unit rotates from the top from within a corner window.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

Visual Communications provided a new interior and exterior signage program for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage - Minneapolis Headquarters. Services included Design and analysis, Documentation and bid procurement, and project management. The Interior Signage Master plan Design is being utilized on similar campuses throughout the country.

Approximately 3,300 Wells Fargo employees are working on the new Minneapolis campus, the former headquarters of Honeywell. Two buildings have been renovated and a new six-story 200,000-square foot office has been built. A new main entrance and a second parking garage were added, and a new skywalk system connects all of the facilities. The campus is designed around a landscaped plaza.
